Easy, no-bake energy bites

Thin blue line themed energy bites for police officers!

Prep Time 5 minutes
Refrigerate 2 hours
Servings 16 bites

Ingredients

  • 2 cups peanut butter add more if needed for consistency
  • 1/2 cup M & Ms
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well.

  2. Form mixture into 1-2 inch balls.

  3. Lay balls on parchment lined baking sheets.

  4. Refrigerate balls on baking sheets for 1-2 hours until they are hard.

  5. Enjoy these protein-packed treats!
